The purpose of this study is to understand the economic structure and economic growth patterns, know the leading sector sectors, know the distribution of natural resources, development facilities and infrastructure. This is the first step in the stages in regional planning of Bangkalan Regency. To support this, this study was carried out with several stages and types of analysis methods, namely: Location Quotient,, Shift Share, Skalogram and System Limpitan Sejajar. The largest economic structure of Bangkalan Regency was formed by the Agricultural sector but the growth of The economy is mainly supported by the trade sector. Meanwhile, the livelihood structure of the population is dominated by the agricultural sector, the mining sector and the trade sector. Economic sectors that are included in the leading categories in the Bangkalan area include: agriculture, mining, information, government administration and education services. In accordance with the hierarchy ranking, it can be seen that the districts that have the opportunity to become the center of economic growth in Bangkalan Regency are the districts in hierarchy I, namely Bangkalan District and Kamal District. Meanwhile, other sub-districts are supporting areas (hinterland) that help and support economic activities that occur in the central district of economic growth so that the two build each other.

This study aims to determine partially, simultaneously and dominantly the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices in Cigarette Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The results of research processed with the SPSS programme that the Adjusted R Square value in the coefficient of determination analysis results shows a value of 0.931 or 93.1%. This shows that the four independent variables, namely Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), affect the stock price variable by 93.1%. While the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other factors besides the factors proposed in this study. The simultaneous test results (F test) show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in cigarette sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Partial results (T test) show that the significance value of Earning Per Share (EPS) 0.004 < 0.05 means that EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Return On Assets (ROA) value 0.038 < 0.05 means that ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) value 0.049 < 0.05 means that ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) value 0.049 < 0.05 means that DER has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in cigarette companies.

Indonesia as a country that is currently carrying out developments requires a lot of funds to carry out infrastructure development. The methods used carrying out infrastructure development is by implementing a Public Private Partnership or PPP scheme. Several experts have put forward the definition of PPP, which is contained in No. 38 of 2015 Presidential Regulation concerning Government Cooperation with Business Entities in the Provision of Infrastructure. In reality the implementation of the PPP scheme is said to be able to influence several things including the use of capital and transportation.

This research departs from the rule of fiqhiyah which states that sharia must bring benefits to the ummah. In relation to the Islamic economy, this can be realized in the policies of a leader who must be oriented towards the benefit of the ummah, both materially and spiritually. In this case, Abu Yusuf and al-Ghazali in his book describes the problem. Therefore, this research aims to reveal the concept of Islamic economics from the two figures raised. By using a qualitative library research methodology (Library Research). The data analysis technique uses a comparative descriptive historical approach. This research resulted in the conclusion that in his book, Abu Yusuf laying the foundations of fiscal policy based on the concept of justice and al-maslahah al-ammah (public benefit). Opinion Abu Yusuf has similarities with what was described by Imam al-Ghazali namely the basis of the policies that must be set by the authorities is solely for maslahah al-din wa al-dunya (good / benefit in this world and the hereafter).

The paper evaluates the relationship between rates of M1 which is generally known as the narrow definition of money in Nigeria, over the period 1990q1 to 2016q2, using Ordinary least square (OLS) technique, and the Correlation result conducted showed that, the rate of M1 and inflation rate has a strong positive relationship with a coefficient of 98%. The regression result showed that, there exists a significant positive impact of the rate of M1 on inflation rate in Nigeria, which is significant at 1% level of significance showing that a unit change in M1 will significantly increase INFLATION RATE by 5.2%. Therefore, the paper recommends that, that the government should effectively control the amount of money supplied in form of coins and naira notes to the economy in order not to increase inflation, and also it is tentative for monetary authority to note that money supply (m1) could be used to regulate the level of inflation in the economy.

The aim of this study is to predict financial distress in Gampengrejo KUD in 2018-2021 in lending. The research method uses Zmijewski. The analysis to be measured is ROA, DER and CR. The results of this study are the prediction of financial distress in KUD Gampengrejo in 2018-2021 in providing credit to customers with different results. In 2018 Zmijewskis value was 0.067 or 0.067 > 0, this means that the company is in an unhealthy financial condition and is at risk of bankruptcy. In 2019, Zmijewskis value was -0.155 or -0.155 < 0, this means that the company is in a healthy financial condition and is not experiencing financial difficulties or is in danger of going bankrupt. In 2020, Zmijewskis value is 0.270 or 0.270 > 0, this means that the company is in financial distress. In 2021 Zmijewskis value is 0.492 or 0.492 > 0, this means that the company is in an unhealthy financial condition and is at risk of bankruptcy.

This paper sought to provide an overview of current mosque situation in Malaysia after the incident of covid-19 pandemic, which necessitated Malaysian Islamic affairs to close the place of worship and reduce mass gathering including Muslim five daily congregational prayers at Masjids as well as weekly congregational prayers in all of the Malaysian states more especially the most affected areas i.e. Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Khedah and Penang. The decision from Islamic point of view according to Islamic Fatwa is backed and supported with Muslims scholars Fatwa view according to analogical view (Qiyas) as well as Maslaha mechanism. However, could Islamic Fatwa be sufficient enough to address and attract Muslims congregation in accepting religious authority and mosque management decision for 1m SOP distancing as well as reducing mass gathering in congregations? And how this influence spiritual and health feelings of Muslims after the above-mentioned SOP implemented? The paper has two objectives. First, to identify the current situation of congregational prayers based on 1m SOP in Malaysia and its spiritual effect. Secondly, to analyse the current situation of congregational prayers based on 1m SOP according to Al- Taseel Al-Fiqhee. The documentary review of existing literatures and past researches also library research data from classical and contemporary Islamic scholars would be used to present a sound legal theory of successful Fatwa to straighten the decision made by religious authorities and mosque management. Thus, the obtainable data seems to suggest the sufficient enough Islamic Fatwa views to inspiring the adopted decision which influenced spiritual and health feelings of Muslims after the implementation of the 1m SOP.

Multiple environmental pressures are exerting pressure on the police institution, and police officers must work hard to tailor their services to the needs of the community. This study was a systematic literature review aiming to investigate the impact of empowering leadership on organizational commitment in the police institution using Vos Viewer application. A total of ten journals published between 2018 and 2023 was reviewed thoroughly. The findings confirm that the empowering leadership has an effect on the organizational commitment. Leaders practicing the empowering leadership increased employee compatibility with the organization, resulting in increased organizational commitment. The empowering leadership also improved person-organization fit with meaningful organizational goals, demonstrated trust in subordinates, and promoted participatory decision making. This leadership was strongly linked to the police institution’s organizational effectiveness. The leaders’ delegation of authority to the subordinates provided not only autonomy, variety, and opportunities for development, but also compelled individuals, particularly those working in law enforcement agencies, to carry out their job responsibilities. To ensure that the police officers perform their duties to the best of their abilities, top management must take appropriate steps.

The concept of Asta Brata leadership is a leadership doctrine for individuals and groups of individuals, as every individual is a leader of themselves. The concept of leadership is a characteristic of Indonesia. This research reveals the implementation of Asta Brata leadership in Polres Tuban in carrying out its duties and implementing the Polri Presisi program to create public services that have an impact on public trust. Using a qualitative method, this research conducted observations and interviews with Polres Tubans leaders and members and the community in Tuban Regency. The results show that Asta Brata leadership influences the success of Polres Tubans duties. The Asta Brata leadership has been implemented in Polres Tuban through the Polri Presisi program. Furthermore, with the Asta Brata leadership, public services provided by Polres Tuban can satisfy and gain the trust of the community.

In recent times it has been observed that poor performance of employees at work is as a result of some form of workplace hostility such as discrimination and bullying. The study sought to examine the relationships between workplace hostility and Job performance of minorities using gender discrimination, ethnical discrimination and religious discrimination as independent variables that are exhibited by the employees of the selected Nigerian force, 222 battalion of the Nigerian army, Ughelli area command, and Nigerian Navy ship, these Nigerian law enforcement agencies was used as the case study. This study adopted a survey research design. Primary data were collected using the questionnaire. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics while the hypothesis was tested using the Pearson product-moment correlation (PPMC) at 0.05 level of significant. The study revealed that there is significant relationship between gender, religious and ethnical discrimination and job performance of minorities(employees). It was study it was concluded that workplace hostility has negative influence on job performance of minorities. It was recommended that training programs for personnel in the Nigerian force (Army, police and navy), and enforcement of policies by the Nigerian force, so that the nefarious act of discrimination will be gradually reduced and eliminated.

The main goal of the work is to study the process of leads coring. In this paper, two ways of lead generation are explained – manual and using predictive models. This condones, per investigation, is the most efficient way to score a lead.The analytical review starts with an overview of existing lead scoring methods, describing each and comparing the pros and cons. There is an analytical comparison of the products that already exist on the market, such as HubSpot, Infer, PipeCandy and Maroon.ai. As a conclusion from this comparison, the effect of this study has a benefit in that it is a low-weight plugin with a significantly lower price than the market median. To provide a list of methods and algorithms used and describe why each was selected for a specific goal. Four aggregations were made to choose the best-fitting model, resulting in the LightGBM selection. There is a comprehensive description of the LighGBM features and math background, along with an explanation of GOSS. Also, after the model was selected, the set data manipulations were done, such as aggregation, class weight balance, tuning and exhaustive analysis, and correction of disbalance. In part to the results, there is an extensive analysis of the model performance after studying the data set and usage in a real-case CRM – Salesforce. As results showed – the created plugin can be easily integrated into any CRM solution using the native marketplaces or package-delivery systems.

This study aims to examine the direct effect of corporate rebranding decision (CRD) on customer satisfaction directly and through awareness of rebranding and perceived value. Next, examine the role of perceived value in mediating the effect of awareness of rebranding on customer satisfaction. The grand theory used to support this research is relationship marketing (RM). The applied theories used are Corporate Rebranding Decision, Awareness to rebranding, Perceived Customer Value and Customer Satisfaction. This research is explanatory research with quantitative data approach. The sample in this study was part of the total sample, while the sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, totaling 150 customers. This research data collection using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of five answer choices. The analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SMART PLS 3.3.3.

This study aims to analyze the effect of green human resources management on job satisfaction through green work engagement and meaningful work. This research method is quantitative. The research sample of 340 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling method. Research data was obtained from distributing online questionnaires through social media. The sample used for this research is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study show that the application of green human resources management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, meaningful work is proven to be able to mediate between green human resource management and job satisfaction. The results of the study also show that green human resources management has a positive influence on green work engagement. The results of the study also show that green work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the manufacturing industry. The results of this study provide information that optimal implementation of green human resources management will increase the job satisfaction of manufacturing industry employees and encourage employee involvement in the manufacturing industry so that jobs related to the environment can be a source of inspiration and enthusiasm for manufacturing industry employees at work.

The short-term goal of this research is to provide knowledge and understanding of MSMEs financial management using the financial freedom approach, in addition to providing alternative solutions for MSMEs in solving the problems they face in managing their finances. The long-term goal is that MSME actors are able to apply or implement their financial management using the financial freedom approach. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The design stages of the research used include identification of research phenomena and problems, selecting key informants related to the research, data collection (observations, interviews, recordings, and documentation), data validity, data analysis, and research conclusions. The results of the study show that first, MSMEs actors in the four destinations have not carried out financial management such as recording, reporting and financial control. Second, MSMEs in the four destinations do not understand, understand and have knowledge of financial management using the financial freedom approach. Nghi Son EZ accounted for 19% of the total investment capital and 31% of the total investment capital in Vietnams EZs and contributed 50% to the budget of Thanh Hoa province. However, in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic, the number of businesses choosing to invest in EZs in recent years has continuously decreased, affecting the overall development rate. This study analyzes 10-year investment data from 2013 to 2022 to assess the current situation and propose some solutions to attract businesses to invest in Nghi Son EZ in the post-COVID-19 context.

This study empirically examined violent conflict and household income in Rivers state, Nigeria with secondary data sourced from various publications of World Bank Nigeria - General Household Survey, Panel 2019-2020, Wave 3 (2020). This study employed descriptive statistics, test and Granger Causality test. The empirical result showed that: the level of household expenditures on food in River State is higher than expenditures on non-food items. The result also showed that there is a bidirectional relationship between household expenditure on food and household expenditure on non-food; and a positive correlation between intensity of armed conflict and household economic in Rivers state. This study concludes that armed conflict is detrimental to household income and welfare in Rivers state. This study recommends that Nigeria president through the security agencies should intervene in the region, and community vigilante groups should be encouraged and collaborate with the government security agencies to establish sustainable peace in the region.
